 RodiCare® basic is a pellet food specially formulated for guinea pigs and rabbits. Its high crude fiber content encourages digestive activity and forms the nutritional basis for vital intestinal flora.
 RodiCare® basic contains all essential vitamins and minerals. Its high vitamin C content guarantees adequate provision even for guinea pigs that are temporarily deprived of fresh food.

 As well, RodiCare® basic supplements the mostly low-herb diet with a specially formulated herb mix, which encourages digestion and stimulates the appetite.

 Feeding recommendation:
 Guinea pigs:
 Adult pets receive approx. 30 g/day (1 1⁄2 measuring spoons).
 Dwarf rabbits:
 Adult pets receive approx. 50 g/day (2 1⁄2 measuring spoons).
 The required feeding quantity can vary depending on the pet's species, weight, age and health.
 The exact quantity should be agreed after observation or consultation with a vet.
 Recommended period of use: At least 20 – 30 days.
 RodiCare® basic can also be used long term as a supplement to good-quality hay and fresh food.
 Notes: In addition, fresh water and good-quality hay should always be freely available. Any sudden change of food should be avoided!
 Any additional fresh food offered should be as structured as possible and initially only given in very small quantities, which are gradually increased.
