Adoption Application

First of all, thank you for your interest in becoming a family for one of our rabbits.

  • Plan 1-2 visits to the shelter; first meeting with us and the rabbits and then preparation at home before the rabbit arrives

  • The person who will take care of our rabbit must be an adult but the involvement of a calm and responsible child will be considered

  • We reserve the right to refuse a request if it does not meet the expectations of the sanctuary.

Agreement

  1. The rabbit must be kept inside the house at all times

  2. The adoptive family will need to send a photo of the environment at home where the rabbit will live (its living space/without cage/with enclosure)

  3. The family must have an open file with an exotic veterinarian

  4. The family should make sure to spend a minimum of 30 minutes with the rabbit per day and to brush it regularly and trim its claws

  5. Plan for adoption fees of $300 + tax for a sterilized, dewormed, vaccinated rabbit)
